2. Service plans are in effect for one year from the date of your systems first cleaning and inspection. Payment is expected within 30 days from the billing date unless otherwise requested in advance. Plans renew automatically each year on the anniversary of your first cleaning unless terminate by either party.
3.Service calls made after hours (after closing Monday through Friday, weekends or holidays) caused by mechanical failure resulting in “No Heat” will be covered by the Putnam Premium and Basic plans accordingly. All other calls at these times from customers requiring service (e.g., for water leaks, A/C not working, etc.) will be billed at the standard hourly rate in effect at the time (i.e., time-and-a-half).

7. Plans do not cover problems directly related to fuel flow from outside storage tanks.
8. Plans do not cover any parts or labor required as result of abnormal conditions such as fire, flood, water, hurricane, lightning, unusual power supplies, war or acts of God.
